Cooperation with Rehm Software

For several decades, Rehm has provided software for water management. Using FLUSS-2D and HYKAS, urban flash floods can be precisely modeled with flexible triangular meshing and bidirectional coupling to the sewer system.

At the start of a project, it can be crucial to quickly get an overview of key flow paths and critical low-lying areas. To address this application, Rehm and SplashTool have entered into a ‘loose partnership’.

SplashTool continues to be a standalone product and is acquired independently from Rehm. With the release of SplashTool 3.2, several changes were made at Rehm’s suggestion to improve user-friendliness. Additionally, FLUSS has been extended for ArcGIS Pro, enabling users to directly load and symbolize SplashTool results in ArcGIS Pro. This Rehm-developed extension effectively complements the existing QGIS plugin, allowing Rehm customers to maintain a seamless workflow in their preferred software environment.
